Agreement of Understanding


Prior to the start of mediation, all parties and the Mediator review the Agreement of Understanding to ensure that all parties are committed to working together to develop a fair solution and understand that mediation is voluntary and confidential.

For Clients that elect standard face-to-face mediation, the form that is located below is for your information only. An original form is presented to you for review at the initial session.


For Clients that elect on-line or teleconferencing mediation, please print the form below, review, sign and then fax to 603.635.2545 prior to the start of your initial session.
