 Elizabeth is the founder of Mosaic Mediation,
Past-President and Treasurer of the New Hampshire Conflict Resolution
Association, a state certified Mediator and Justice of the
Peace. She holds an MBA and BS in Mathematics with additional
education in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management and
Paralegal Studies.
As a generalist Mediator since 2003, she provides an array of mediation services integrating twenty years of engineering and business management experience with extensive mediation training and casework.
Elizabeth's areas of specialty include divorce mediation and conflict resolution for families, friends, neighbors, business owners & consumers, landlords & tenants, homeowners, engineers & contractors, employees & employers and consumers & service providers in southern New Hampshire.
Elizabeth has successfully mediated approximately 400 cases in
her own private practice, under contract with ten New
Hampshire Family Division and Superior Courts, in collaboration
with peer mediation service providers and as a volunteer for
the Woburn District Court and Family Mediation and Juvenile
Services.
She has more than 300 hours of mediation-related training in
Executive and Workplace Mediation, Family Mediation, Marital
Mediation, Landlord/Tenant Mediation, Transformative Mediation,
etc. and more than 400 hours of applicable training in Ethics,
Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence, Caregiving,
Interpersonal Communications, Engineering Management,
Leadership, Safety, Emergency Response, Six Sigma, ISO and
Handling of Hazardous Materials.
Elizabeth's former professional positions include the
Director of Operations for Nortel Networks and Engineering
Management and Site Management for Raytheon Company in
Massachusetts. In these positions she was responsible for
Planning, Engineering, Construction, Property Management,
Quality Assurance, Security, Environmental, Health and
Safety.
